What is “Personal Coaching” and what makes it so unique & special?
Well, I’ll start by saying this; I don’t actually like the term “Personal Trainer”.. I see that as someone who simply trains people in the gym.. and while that is part of my job, i wouldn’t be giving you the best if i only gave you a great workout. Whats why I’ve devoted myself to becoming a coach.
Any trainer can “beast” a client in a gym.. but what about the time you spend outside of the gym?
The problem most people have when trying to lose weight is that they put so much focus on their hour spent in the gym, but with little effort building habbits in their everyday life.
So what is a coach?
A coach is someone who understands people. Not just on a physiological level, but on a personal level. I don’t train robot, or athletes. I train regular people, like you and me.
